“Breaking Bad”

I am sitting on a bench looking at nature,
as if the park is a museum of preserved things
and nature is an object ‘d art for me to enjoy.

A nasal tickle causes me to sneeze.
A quick wind rushes against the world.

I recall the metaphoric ‘butterfly effect’,
the theory that a butterfly flapping its wings
in Brazil can cause a tornado in Texas.

I regret my harmful innocent storm.

I think to myself what the chemist Walter White,
said of himself to his wife Skyler in Breaking Bad,
‘I am not in danger; . . . I am the danger.’

and staring Brian Cranston as Walter White, a high school chemistry teacher
who became a meth cook and dealer. This line was in episode 4, season 6.
